A New York man has been arrested for criminal sexual conduct in North Myrtle Beach.
According to a report from North Myrtle Beach police, 25-year-old Kai Chen was arrested for criminal sexual conduct. The report claims Chen had sex with a 15-year-old girl.
Chen voluntarily turned himself in to authorities. He is currently out of jail on a $10,000 bond.
