COLUMBIA, SC (WBTW) – Edward Lawrence Johnson II of Florence pleaded not guilty Tuesday in federal court during an arraignment after being arrested in late June on wire fraud charges.
FBI officials say Johnson stole more than one million dollars from a list of victims by marketing cell phones for sale, collecting the money and never delivering the phones.
The FBI says Johnson defrauded his victims beginning in 2007.
