LANDRUM, SC – A man is accused of incest after a teen became pregnant in Greenville Co. in 1977.
John Ancil Plumbly, 74, is charged with two counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct with a minor and Incest.
The victim said Plumbly started sexually assaulting her when she was 7-years-old.
