LUMBERTON, SC (WBTW): Lumberton Police were dispatched to a shots fired call in the area of Meadowview Apartments located at 3650 Meadowview Road on Saturday morning July 4, 2015 at 05:14 a.m.
Captain Terry W. Parker of the Lumberton Police Department said officers arrived and found one person shot in the area of Apartment 10.
Mr. Kevin Lamont Stephens “AKA Kel-bo age 29 was pronounced dead at Southeastern Health Hospital. Police are being assisted by the Robeson County District Attorney’s investigator. Investigators are questioning two persons who may be involved in the shooting.
Mr. Stephens address is Lovette Road.
