LUMBERTON, NC (WBTW) – Lumberton detectives arrested a a teenager for a shooting incident Wednesday.
According to a press release, officers were called to a reported shooting near Coleman and Dresden Avenue around 1 p.m. When they arrived, they found a man with a gunshot wound to the leg.
He was taken to a local hospital for treatment of a non-life threatening injury, the release stated.
Brandon Lee Locklear, 19 was arrested and charged with assault with a deadly weapon with inflicting serious injury and discharging firearm in city limits.
Locklear’s total bond was set at $55,000.00 and he is being held at the Robeson County Detention Center.
