The Aug. 18 tour is set for 5 p.m. at the Pawleys Island Lowes Foods, 9160 Ocean Highway, and the Sept. 23 tour will be at 5 p.m. at the Georgetown Walmart.
You’ll learn how to read food labels, pick healthy snacks, shop on a budget and how marketing influences our food choices. Led by registered dietitians, the tours last one hour and include time for questions.
