GEORGETOWN, SC –  Learn strategies to manage your weight at a series of upcoming classes taught by Tidelands Health dietitians.

The Core4 program is a series of eight weekly classes developed to help adults make permanent positive lifestyle changes. Attendees will learn about healthy eating and exercise by exploring topics such as meal planning, stress and sleep, nutritional needs and portion control.

Concurrent programs will be held every Wednesday from March 14 to May 2 at the Tidelands Health Conference Center and Tidelands Georgetown Memorial Hospital.

The course at the Tidelands Health Conference Center, 4367 Riverwood Drive in Murrells Inlet, will be held at 5 p.m. The course at Tidelands Georgetown Memorial Hospital, 606 Black River Road in Georgetown, will take place at noon in the training room on the second floor of the hospital.
