LAURINBURG, N.C. (WBTW) – A Laurinburg woman is in jail after police say she shot her husband.
It happened Wednesday morning at the couple’s home on East Vance Street.
Chief Darwin Williams with Laurinburg police said 55-year-old Patricia Ray is charged with attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon, and various weapons charges after she shot her husband, James.
He went to the hospital for treatment and is expected to be okay.
