Lamar, SC (WBTW) – The Lamar Silver Foxes were perfect in 2017, finishing at 15-0 and winning the Class A state championship 74-46 over Baptist Hill. In the process, they set a new state record for points in the game. This year’s team will look much different as they graduated 15 seniors off that squad. Malik Johnson and Jacquez Lucas do return as playmakers on both sides of the ball, but the Silver Foxes will be very young and somewhat inexperienced at least to begin this season.
