Lake City man suffering from Alzheimer’s found

FLORENCE, SC (WBTW) – UPDATE: Maj. Mike Nunn with the Florence County Sheriff’s Office reports Mr. McCutcheon was found safe.

The Florence County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the community’s help in locating an elderly missing man.

Jack McCutcheon, of Lake City, was last seen on Church Street in Lake City driving a 1997 black Ford F-150 pick-up truck with SC license plate JHY 869. McCutcheon is described as a 77-year-old white male, approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall, grey hair and brown eyes and weighing approximately 170 pounds, according to Major Michael Nunn with the sheriff’s office.

McCutcheon may be wearing a plaid shirt and orange canvas type hunting pants with a baseball cap. He suffers from Alzheimer’s Disease and may be confused.
