The Junior League of Florence has a new event. Touch A Truck will be held Saturday, April 25, at Darlington Raceway. It’s from 10 a.m. to -3 p.m. Tickets are $5. Children under 2 are free.
What is Touch A Truck: Children love to explore, climb, touch and crawl. At this event they get an “All Aboard!” to investigate vehicles they see out on the road. From big rigs to emergency vehicles, children of all ages can look, see, touch and ask questions. We know that unrestricted play is essential for healthy cognitive development in children. At Touch A Truck, children have the chance to explore vehicles of their choice, becoming immersed in the pretend world, experimenting and investigate large vehicles and their operators.
