HEMINGWAY, SC (WBTW) – Monday deputies with the Williamsburg County Sheriff’s Office were called to Wienwood Drive about an armed robbery.
According to investigator Alex Edwards, officers made contact with the victim on arrival who said the suspect was a black male with shoulder length dreads and a long beard.
The victim says the man pulled up beside him while he was walking, got out of a black Ford Crown Victoria, held a gun to his head and threatened to kill him if he didn’t give him his money.
Williamsburg County Sheriff’s Office asks that anyone with any information please call 843-355-6381 ext. 4537.
No one was injured and the investigation into this incident is ongoing.
