HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) – A car crash on Highway 501 has closed a lane to southbound drivers near Wild Wing Boulevard.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol online information system reports the crash occurred at 3:39 p.m. Wednesday afternoon at Hwy 501 and Burning Ridge Drive.
The crash does involve injuries, according to the online traffic system, but the extent of those injuries are unknown at this time.
Drivers should expect delays while traveling north and southbound on Hwy 501 near Wild Wing Boulevard as crews work to clear the scene.
