On June 6th, 2015 the Horry County Special Olympics will be hosting a golf tournament at World Tour as a fundraiser for Horry County athlete, Nicole Landoskey who was recently selected to compete in the 2015 Special Olympic World Games in Los Angeles this summer. Nicole is one of only six athletes in South Carolina to attend the World Games, and the only athlete ever from Horry County to attend. Nicole will compete in Bocce and has been practicing diligently. Nicole’s Dad, Frank, is a retired Captain out of Deerfield Beach Police Department in Florida.
The golf tournament will be a captain’s choice style tournament. The costs are $80 per golfer or $320 per foursome. Each golfer will have a chance a new vehicle on a par 3 hole that will be sponsored by a local dealership. There will be raffle prizes and food catered by World Tour.
