CONWAY, SC (WBTW) – Tuesday Horry County police investigated a shooting that happened on Fox Hollow Road around 5 a.m.
The incident report says officers showed up to Conway Medical Center to talk to the victim who says she was at her home when she saw shadows walk by her window.
The victim told police that she and her boyfriend went outside to investigate and from the porch, they saw an unknown person who started shooting at them from the right side of the house.
“The victim stated that she all of the sudden felt a burning sensation in her neck and realized that she was shot, so she fell to the ground,” the report says.
The victim’s boyfriend drove her to the hospital where she was treated for gunshot wounds.
