HORRY CO, SC (WBTW) – Fire and rescue crews responded to a crash outside of Remedies Bar & Grill on Wednesday.
Horry County Fire Rescue crews were dispatched at 11:28 a.m. to 4803 Highway 17 Bypass for a reported vehicle versus building call.
One person was transported to the hospital, according to HCFR.
