CONWAY, SC (WBTW) – Horry County Fire Rescue is reporting two people are trapped in a two vehicle crash.
That crash is at Highway 544 and Pepperwood Drive.

Rescue units are treating a pediatric patient. Horry County Fire Rescue is saying Highway 544 is shut down. South Carolina Highway Patrol is reporting the roadway is blocked. Please avoid the area.
