CONWAY, SC (WBTW) – Deputy Treasurer Angie Jones with the Horry County Treasurer’s Office resigned from her position Thursday.
In a press release, Jones says she has accepted a position in the Horry County Clerk of Court’s Office.
Jones will hold a press conference Friday at 10:00 a.m. on the steps of the Horry County Government Justice Center to address her resignation, her new employment with the Clerk of Courts Office, and to give a campaign update.
Jones says she is still actively running her campaign to be the next Horry County Treasurer.
