Fire crews in Horry County responded to a roaring house fire just after 4 pm on Tuesday.
The blaze took place at a one-story home in the 4600 block of Boxwood Drive, which is located near Rosewood Dr.
Officials reported that when fire crews arrived there was “heavy smoke showing” and photos showed heavy flames coming from the front entrance.
The house appeared to contain many items, and was possibly used for storage. By 5 pm, fire crews were still on the scene of the incident.
The development where the house is located is off Socastee Blvd.
