CONWAY, S.C. (WBTW)- On Monday night, officers responded to a home on Highway 548 in Horry County for a fight in progress.
According to Liuetenant Raul Denis, police found the couple that lived in the home sitting on the couch with a dead man laying on a mattress nearby.
On Tuesday, the Horry County Deputy Coroner identified the victim as 56-year-old Roy Davis. Davis was from Conway and died as a result of blunt force trauma.
Horry County police said there was a lot of blood throughout the home and a preliminary investigation revealed the couple caused the victim’s death.
52-year-old James Richard Rosenbaum and 49-year-old Diane Marie Durkin, both of Conway, are charged with murder.
