Highway Patrol, SCDOT responding to cooking oil spill on I-95, troopers say

FLORENCE COUNTY, SC (WBTW) – SCDOT and Highway Patrol are on the scene of a spill on Interstate 95 in Florence County, according to Trooper Tyler Tidwell.

Trooper Tidwell tells News13 it was cooking oil that spilled onto the roadway near mile marker 165.

Highway Patrol was unclear how traffic would be impacted, but SCDOT’s website doesn’t reflect major delays.
