JOHNSONVILLE, SC (WBTW) – A motorcycle driver died Saturday in a head-on crash near Johnsonville, according to the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
A motorcycle and a car crashed at about 5:40 p.m. on Midway Highway, according to Cpl. Sonny Collins, but investigators didn’t know which driver crossed the center line.
Florence County Coroner, Keith von Lutcken says the victim was Tony Singletary, 39, from Baltimore, Maryland. He says Singletary was in the area visiting family.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating.
