The Horry County Police Department is working on four missing person cases.

The missing person cases include those of Leah Dawn Tuttle, Miranda Nicole Owens, Angy Ulloa, and Daniella Luciano.

Missing person advisories were issued for each person and detail the circumstances behind each person’s disappearance.

Tuttle came to Horry County on June 10 with friends and was supposed to be staying at the Ocean Lake Camp Ground in Surfside Beach, according to her missing person advisory. Her god-mother last spoke to her on June 11 and Tuttle told her god-mother she had been in a fight. Tuttle was reported missing on June 13. She doesn’t have a working phone and it is unknown what she was last wearing or if she has a vehicle. Police don’t suspect suspicious behavior. Tuttle may still be in or around the Ocean Lakes Camp Ground area.

Owens was last seen on June 12 in the area of 1140 McDowell Short Cut Road in Murrells Inlet wearing a black dress with flowers and black sandals, her missing person advisory says. She has made comments such as “she has already dies three times and that she wanted to die again,” prior to leaving a residence with a red color suitcase, which was later recovered. Owens has a history of drug abuse and she is believed by police to have needle marks on her arms. Her ex-husband would not allow her to see her children, which police believe caused her to go missing. Owens does not have a vehicle and a current phone number is unknown.

According to her missing person advisory, Ulloa was last seen on June 6 around 11 p.m. leaving her residence with clothes and other belongings. She contacted her family on June 8 and told them she was “ok and looking for a job.” She did not tell her family where she was. Ulloa’s family has tried to contact her several times by calling her cellphone, but there has been no answer. Information about what she was last wearing is unknown. Police don’t suspect any suspicious behavior.

Luciano was reported missing on May 23, says her missing person advisory. Her family has not had contact with her in about four years and recently located a picture of Luciano where she appeared to be passed out on the floor. No information on Luciano’s current address, phone number, or clothing description is available, but she has a known drug issue and may still be in the Little River area.

Anyone with information about these missing people or their locations should call the Horry County Police Department dispatch line at 843-248-1520.
