Hartsville police find 18-year-old bleeding, dead in street

HARTSVILLE, SC (WBTW) – The Hartsville Police Department is asking for the public’s help solving a shooting case that left one man dead.

According to a press release,  officers were called late Monday evening at around 10:30 p.m. to a call of gunshots being fired in the area of South Sixth Street.

Once they arrived, they found a person in the street bleeding.

T’zyah DaiQuaiz Nigery Peterson, 18, of Hartsville died from an apparent gunshot wound according to Darlington County Coroner Todd Hardee.
