HARTSVILLE, SC (WBTW) – On Thursday, Hartsville Police responded to a call of a potential bomb threat at CareSouth on South Fourth Street.
A release from Lt. Mark Blair with Hartsville Police Department says all staff and patients were evacuated from the building without incident.
A bomb detecting dog and handler from Florence County assisted with conducting a thorough sweep of the building. Officials did not find anything and the staff and patients returned to the building safely.
Police say the investigation is ongoing.
