HARTSVILLE, SC – The City of Hartsville Fire Department has received a grant from FM Global that will be used for the purchase of smoke detectors that will last residents up to 10 years. These smoke detectors will assist in effective and efficient fire prevention.  Residents can request a smoke alarm installation by contacting the Fire Department directly or by submitting a request online at www.hartsvillesc.gov/government/fire/request-for-smoke-alarm-installation/.
