WAGRAM, NC (WBTW) – The Scotland County Sheriff’s Office seized illegal video slot machines and numerous guns from a storage building in Wagram June 3.
Sheriff Ralph Kersey says the Criminal Investigation Division of the Scotland County Sheriff’s Office conducted a search warrant at 27179 North Turnpike Road in Wagram, NC on June 3. During the search, deputies seized four illegal video slot machines.
Jimmy Locklear, 38, Jimmy McPherson, 41, and Karen Locklear, 36, all of Wagram were arrested and charged with possession of illegal slot machines.
Deputies also seized several firearms and cash from the property. The video slot machines were being operated from a storage building located on the property of 27179 N. Turnpike Road, says Sheriff Kersey.
