MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WBTW) – Ground Zero is hosting a block party Saturday, September 24. Scott Payseur, President of Ground Zero, was on News 13 Now Friday to talk about it. The group is closing down Chester Street from 9th to 10th Avenues North from 5-8 pm. The event will have flips and tricks, dancing and singing, coffee, food and more. It will feature Protown BMX, OBB, Mr. Talkbox, Seth & Nirva, and Ground Zero’s very own band.
