Ground work has started on a new Wyndham Garden Hotel in North Myrtle Beach.
The 138-room hotel will be built along Barefoot Resort Bridge Road, according to the City of North Myrtle Beach. Building permits show the project’s actual valuation at $10.3 million.
The 4-story hotel will feature an on-site restaurant, outdoor swimming pool and boccee court.
News13 has calls into the project’s contractor to learn when it will be complete.
