Woman arrested after early morning shooting in Georgetown

A woman has been arrested after Georgetown Police were called to a shooting on Hampton Court early Friday morning. 

According to a police report, officers have arrested Brandi Wilson in connection to the shooting. She is charged with attempted murder and assault while resisting arrest / assault on a police officer. She remains in jail under a $25,000 bond. 

The shooting happened Friday just after 3 a.m. in the 1900 block of Hampton Court. The report suggests a red vehicle pulled up to the victim’s house when the victim was smoking a cigarette and a person in the car fired multiple shots.

It is unclear if anyone was injured in this shooting. 

Police are also looking for another person in connection to this shooting.
