Topgolf Myrtle Beach is preparing to open its doors to the public.
Topgolf leaders announced Wednesday evening that the company had hired 350 people for the new location. The company put the job postings online back in December.
Construction of the facility has been ongoing for months. News13 stopped by the property in early December to get a look at the complex. Topgolf is located near Broadway at the Beach.
Topgolf calls itself a sports entertainment complex that features an inclusive, high-tech golf game. The company’s “signature game” involves players scoring points by hitting balls into a target on the driving range.
In early February, company representatives said Topgolf Myrtle Beach was ‘weeks away’ from opening its doors.
The company has previously said the facility will open in ‘early 2019’. There is still no date set for its grand opening.
