Three people are hurt following a crash near the 17 Bypass/17 Business intersection in Murrells Inlet Friday afternoon.
According to Midway Fire Rescue, medics are treating three patients with non life-threatening injuries and say no one is trapped.

The department tells News13 that there was a two-vehicle crash near what’s known as the “south split”. That’s not far from Huntington Beach State Park.
The crash happened around 3:15 p.m. according to South Carolina Highway Patrol. Midway Fire Rescue says three people were taken to the hospital.
The scene was cleared around 4:30 p.m.
