A Myrtle Beach woman shared this video captured on her doorbell camera late Friday night.
According to Savannah Brotherton, the man looked to be covered in mud and “looked like the walking dead”. She called the police at around 10:20 p.m. Officers arrived within four minutes.
According to Cpl. Thomas Vest with the Myrtle Beach Police Department, officers found the man in a ditch and took him to the hospital for treatment. “He has not been charged with any crime,” said Vest. “We feel that seeking medical attention for him was the best course of action.”
