HORRY COUNTY, SC (WBTW) – A road previously shut down after a semi crash caused a fuel spill in Horry County has reopened.

N. Nichols Highway and Highway 917 is open again after the crash, according to Horry County Fire Rescue.

Crews responded to the crash that lead to a fuel spill Tuesday morning.

Officials responded to the crash between a vehicle and an 18-wheeler shortly after 9 a.m. in the area of North Nichols Highway and Route 917. According to Horry County Fire Rescue, the crash has caused a fuel spill in the area. No injuries were reported.

South Carolina DOT and DHEC also responded to the crash and clean-up.
