President Donald Trump is visiting South Carolina on Wednesday to see damage from Hurricane Florence.
President Trump landed at the Conway-Horry County airport around 2:10 p.m. and is expected to tour several areas.
Around 3:15 p.m., President Trump visited neighborhoods surrounding Long Avenue and Trinity Methodist Church and the Horry County Emergency Operations Center in the Conway area.
South Carolina leaders greeted President Trump as he arrived in Conway. Those include: Governor Henry McMaster, Senator Lindsey Graham, Senator Tim Scott, Congressman Tom Rice, SC State Senator Luke Rankin, SC State Representative Jeff Johnson, and SC State Rep Alan Clemons.
President Trump also visited areas of North Carolina on Wednesday. He stopped at Temple Baptist Church in New Bern, where church volunteers have been distributing food.
