(WBTW) – Thousands of people across Horry County were without power Saturday evening, according to Horry Electric Cooperative, Inc.
Just after 6 p.m. Saturday the company’s website reported that all outages had been restored.
The communities that were mostly affected as of 5:50 p.m., Saturday are the areas near Dunn Shortcut Rd. and Four Mile Rd.
Around 5:30 p.m., Saturday around 2,198 people were without power in Aynor but have since been restored. About 2,065 people were without power near Dunn Shortcut Rd., and 2,608 people were without power near Four Mile Rd.
Horry Electric has not listed a cause for these outages.
