Chief Hofmann said Mazingo suffered some sort of medical emergency.

No criminal charges will be filed in this matter.

In a statment Chief Hofmann said “while we regret that this matter required the activation of many law enforcement and emergency medical resources, we are thankful that it was resolved as a medical issue and that no member of the public or emergency responders were injured.”
