MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WBTW) – Police are looking for three men who roughed up a victim behind a gas station on Kings Highway and stole his money and phone.
A man told police he was beaten up by three guys at the air pump behind the Scotchman gas station at 6201 north kings highway at about 3:30 a.m. on Wednesday.
The victim said he was playing pool for money earlier with the same guys at a nearby bar. He said when he was putting air into his bicycle tires at the gas station, the three men assaulted him, according to the report. They demanded money from him, so he emptied his pockets and threw the cash and phone down on the road.
The three suspects gathered the cash and phone and fled the scene in a white Crown Victoria, according to the report.
Paramedics were called to assess facial injuries and minor lacerations to the torso, arms and knees. The man did not want further police involvement.

The men have been described as:
- One suspect is about 40 years old, white, and weighing around 170 pounds
- One suspect is about 17 to 22 years old, 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing 115 to 120
A third suspect is about 20 to 25 years old, 5 foot 10 inches tall and weighing around 160 pounds
