Plans will move forward for a large adult living apartment complex near the Coastal Grand Mall.
Mark Kruea, with the City of Myrtle Beach, says at a meeting on Thursday, the Community Appearance Board approved a request for a final review for a 4-story, 50,410 square-foot adult living apartment building comprised of 194 dwelling units, pools and amenities, 334 shared parking spaces for future commercial buildings, landscape plan, fencing for multiple areas and dumpster enclosure.
On the agenda, it was listed as the “Retreat at Coastal Grand” at 391 Seaboard Street.
Kruea said the developer will need to submit full construction plans to review before actual permitting occurs.
