MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WBTW) – Horry County Fire Rescue responded to a tractor-trailer crash on Friday.
Fire crews responded to a tractor trailer crash at 1575 North Kings Highway, according to an Horry County Fire Rescue tweet made around 3:30 p.m.

Crews say one person was sent to the hospital with life-threatening injuries after being hit by the tractor-trailer.

Officials have not shared any further information about the crash, but Myrtle Beach police are asking drivers to avoid the area of 16th Avenue North and Kings Highway.
