MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WBTW) – Myrtle Beach Police are investigating after one person was shot in the stomach while sitting in the front passenger seat of a vehicle on Sunday afternoon.
Officers responded to the call at the Waffle House on Frontage Road around 3:15 p.m.
Officers believe the victim was shot by a passenger in the back seat of the vehicle but said the investigation is still on-going and subject to change.
Detectives are still working the case and more information will be passed on when it becomes available. Myrtle Beach Police say they are not looking for any more subjects and say there is no threat to the public.
