SOCASTEE, SC (WBTW)- One person was killed in a crash on S.C. 707 near Brandy Mill Blvd. Saturday night.
According to South Carolina Highway Patrol, a SUV crashed with a moped. The driver of the moped was taken to the hospital where they later died.
SCHP said the driver of the moped was not wearing a helmet or reflective gear.
No one in the SUV was injured. SCHP is investigating the crash.
The Horry County coroner’s office will release the victim’s name at a later time.
