CONWAY, SC (WBTW) – A North Myrtle Beach man has been found not guilty of sexually assaulting two children, according to the state attorney general’s office.
Harold Worley Jr. had been charged in September 2016 with criminal sexual conduct, 3rd degree. Worley Jr. is the son of Horry County Councilman Harold Worley.
According to Robert Kittle with the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office, Worley Jr. was found not guilty by a jury on Thursday.
