MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WBTW) – A portion of Kings Highway in Myrtle Beach is closed as crews respond to a fire near 6th Avenue North.
The Myrtle Beach Fire Department is working a structure fire at 66 N Kings Hwy, according to Lt. Jonathan Evans. The building has been evacuated and the northbound lanes of Kings Hwy have been shut down. All traffic is being diverted west-bound on 6th Ave. North.
There are no injuries reported at this time. The fire will be under investigation, Lt. Evans reports.
