About 2,536 customers are without power in the area near Prestwick Country Club and the Myrtle Beach State Park.
About 943 customers are without power in the area of U.S. Bypass and Palmetto Pointe Boulevard.
About 586 customers are without power in the area near 707 and Big Block Road.
Power is expected to be restored by 8:15 p.m., according to Santee Cooper’s outage map.
