MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WBTW) – A man wanted by the FBI for mail fraud could be in Myrtle Beach.

According to a press release, the warrant was issued for Sven Eric Marshall, who has been charged with 5 counts of mail fraud for scamming elderly investors.

His last known residence is South Bend, Indiana and he was last seen there in approximately Jan. 2018. There are reports he owns property in Myrtle Beach, the release stated.

Marshall owned and ran an investment company and allegedly recruited investors for his company. Marshall then allegedly transferred money to unrelated accounts. In December, 2017, Marshall closed his office and stopped communicating with his clients.
