Unofficial results from the Horry County Voters Registration and Elections show Ken Richardson has won the Republican spot in the Horry County school board chair primary.
Ken Richardson received 3,386 votes, Janice Morreale received 953 votes, and Patricia Milley received 414 votes in Tuesday’s election.
Richardson will face Democrat Heather Johnson on the November 6th ballot.
