CONWAY, SC (WBTW) – Horry County Police say an anonymous tip lead them to find a man they believe is of risk to himself and others.
Johnny Smalls has been located, police reported on Monday morning.
Smalls reportedly stole a weapon and clothing from another person and then allegedly made threats to harm himself on Wednesday, according to police. He was wanted by the Horry County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear.
