Krispy Kreme stores in Horry County are offering donuts for toy donations on Tuesday.

During the fundraiser, people can donate a toy or five dollars to get a dozen glazed donuts for free.

“Today’s our annual Toys for Tots drive where customers and everybody can come today, get a dozen doughnuts. All they got to do is bring an unwrapped or new toy or a five-dollar donation to get a dozen glazed doughnuts all day long,” Krispy Kreme area manager Quentin Matthews told News13.

“Krispy Kreme has partnered with us. Over the years, they’ve given tens of thousands of toys to the kids throughout this county. Everything from Legos to bicycles, Barbie dolls to Baby Alive, and everything in between,” said Brian Bray, Horry County Toys for Tots Coordinator. “They have become an integral part of this community and it’s an event we hear about before Christmas is even around.”

The event runs until 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday.
