Horry County has begun mosquito spraying operations in the wake of flooding after Hurricane Florence.

According to a map (pictured above) released by Horry County Emergency Management Saturday, crews have sprayed 952 miles of roads in the county for mosquitoes in the past week.

The post on their Facebook page says that beginning Monday there will be additional aerial spraying with multiple airplanes.
